- We provide free shipping on all orders over $75 shipped to the continental United States!! Our free shipping method is usually USPS, but may also be via UPS or FedEx. For orders under $75 we charge variable shipping rates based on purchase price. All orders are shipped from a smoke-free, pet-free home in Tiffin, Iowa, zip code 52340. We reuse boxes and packing materials whenever possible to help preserve the environment. If you have a PO box, please be sure you specify a street address in your order comments. In-stock items will ship within 2 business days. Allow at least five extra days for most custom orders. Allow an extra 10 days for custom quilts. Bum Covered Diapers does not self-insure packages against loss or damage. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us prior to shipment, and we will add it to your final cost. Please be sure you provide a safe shipping address! We CANNOT be responsible for boxes lost or stolen because a carrier has left it in an unsafe place. If this is a concern, leave special instructions with us (i.e., leave at back door, leave on porch, do not leave in lobby, etc.) and we will be sure to note it on your package.
- Privacy & Security
- Your customer and order information will remain secure within our site. Payment information is kept doubly secured because we run all payments through an external Paypal site.
- Returns & Replacements
- Any new, unused, unwashed item in its original packaging (excluding creams or wipes solutions) may be returned within 30 days for full credit. You will be reimbursed for return shipping with the least expensive option. (For example, if you return a diaper using priority mail when standard shipping charges are available, we will only reimburse for standard delivery charges.) After 30 days, store credit will be issued. Used merchandise in good shape may be returned within 30 days for partial credit. The amount of refund or store credit issued will be determined on an individual basis. Most of our items have a guarantee for workmanship and materials. If you notice a defect, contact us, and we'll let you know where to send the item for repair/replacement. All guarantees are voided if your item has not been properly cared for.
- Ordering
- We are a young business, starting in a time of economic decline. We strive to maintain a wide selection of products for our customers, but as a result we can only have a small amount of each item in-stock at one time. If you would like to order something that is out-of-stock, please contact us (melissa@bumcovereddiapers.com or justin@bumcovereddiapers.com) to let us know what you need. Please allow at least 10 extra business days for delivery.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All of our products are listed at Minimum MSRP for our wholesalers. Occasionally we do special pricing and promotion through sales events. Check our blog (http://bumcovereddiapers.blogspot.com) or our facebook page (www.facebook.com/bumcovereddiapers) for information concerning special sales events.
- Viewing Orders
- You will receive a confirmation email after every order you place. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped. If you request delivery confirmation or tracking, we can add the extra fee before shipping and give you a confirmation code through email.
- Updating Account Information
- You may update your account information at any time after logging into our site or at checkout.
